We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. They helped me find my lost ATM card, even changing our departure schedule to accommodate the search. The couples spa was a highlight, and the Japanese restaurant served top-notch food. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the local market. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we lost our ATM card, making phone calls and changing our departure schedule. The Japanese restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast had a wide selection of choices. The hotel also had spacious rooms and great amenities, such as an in-room safe and free Wi-Fi. our experience here was luxurious and comfortable with excellent service.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great View and Comfortable Stay

We were pleased with the spacious and clean room with fantastic views of the Bay and the surrounding area. We appreciated the comfortable mattress and the selection of toiletries provided. The rooftop lounge and bar with happy hour promotions made for a relaxing socializing experience with great views.

The hotel's thin walls made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep due to the noise from adjacent rooms. There were also communication issues with the housekeeping staff and the front desk, leading to disturbances and misunderstandings.

The view from the top floor restaurant was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating and made our stay comfortable. The location was close to the main attractions which made it easy for us to explore the city during our business trip.

The air conditioning in the hotel was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortable to stay in during the day. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation.
